6. Packaging & Product Safety

8. Delivery Inspection

Customers are advised to check the package condition upon delivery. If any visible damage is noticed:

  • Please mention it to the courier delivery representative.

  • Contact SKYMEDIA TRADING LLC immediately with supporting photos/videos.

Claims for shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
